A simulated dragon build

This is the School of Dragons fan-style model shown by the reference, not World of Warcraft Season of Discovery. Twelve species have their own base stats. Twenty talents sit in four five-node chains: Strength, Speed, Fire and Special. Their prerequisite ranks are 1, 2, 3 and 5 as you move down each chain. First four nodes allow five ranks, and the final node one. The diagram shows dependencies and remaining points; every allocated node affects stats or a separately reported conditional ability.

Why your number may differ

The reference initially shows 40 points at level 50, although its written formula (level − 1) × 2 gives 98. We preserve the visible 40-point default with an explicit planning cap; the effective budget is the smaller of that cap and the level formula. Increase the advanced cap to 98 for the full level-50 model. All four trees together can spend at most 84 points, so some of a 98-point budget remains even after maximisation. Level changes the budget, not the species’ baseline stats.

Attack, health, armour, flight and turning bonuses are additive percentages applied once and rounded. Fire damage combines fire training and the multi-target talent’s 20% bonus. Fire shots add ranks directly. Stun, ignition, recharge and ally-aura effects are shown explicitly; the reference leaves some of these out of its stat summary. Low-health attack and full-stamina flight bonuses remain conditional and are not added unconditionally to base stats.

The automatic button fills legal talents in order, not an optimised play recommendation. Save and load work locally in this browser. Versioned JSON codes and share links belong to this calculator. Import validates all ranks and prerequisites before replacing a build. These simulated mechanics are not official game balance data or a prediction of live gameplay.
